My Story - Chapter 3 - Creating the Brand

For me, if I don't accept poor service or standards, then why should my customers? I had experienced poor quality service and products when procuring table linen and chair covers when I worked in events and I understood how underwhelming this was when celebrating a special occasion; a time when you want everything to be just perfect.

With this in mind, I would create a brand that delivered a quality product and service at an affordable price, with a market leading creative edge.

We would design and manufacture for our clients. If they could dream it, we would make it.

We would be innovative, always looking for inspiration and offering fresh new ideas.

We would only fit our products, taking the stress away from our clients, but most importantly delivering a professional finish, where we would be accountable for the products delivered.

Our chair covers would be made to measure our venues chairs, not a one size fits all.

Our products would be professionally laundered and hand pressed, ensuring a pristine finish.

We would offer an extensive range of matching coloured table linen.

Our staff would be trained professionals.

Most importantly we would specialise in ChairCovers, Table Linen and Chair Hire and Never be a "Jack of all Trades".

The offering was set and now we needed a name.

We are a family of equestrians and I can remember all sat around the TV one Saturday watching Channel 4 racing, going around in circles as a family, throwing names into the mix. When I piped up, "we are offering Bows and Chair Covers, so let's keep it simple" - bingo ... Simply Bows and Chair Covers it would be.
